Before pricing a customer-provided vanity, we review the available space, cabinet dimensions, layout, sink and faucet dimensions, and plumbing supply locations. A vanity that fits the room visually may still require different placement or project-specific cutouts to work with the plumbing.

Do you move plumbing lines?
We typically plan same-location swaps. Minor valve-related or other light coordination may be included where appropriate. Work beyond that level is coordinated with a qualified trade professional or the homeowner's licensed plumber.
Can you install a new mirror and lighting?
Mirror and light detach/reset work may be included where appropriate. Electrical work beyond that level is coordinated with a qualified trade professional or the homeowner's licensed electrician.
Will you protect floors and keep it clean?
Protection may include floor covering, masking, and protection of nearby finished surfaces. We control dust and remove normal project debris from the property during cleanup.
